Wine must be handled, stored, and transported at the right temperature (13°C-18°C) and humidity (70%) at all times.

All our wines are guaranteed to be genuine, of high quality and have been properly handled, transported and stored in temperature-controlled environment from points of origin all the way to our stores.

To ensure that our customers have the best quality wine, all sales are final. We will not accept returns and/or exchanges once the wines have left our stores as we cannot guarantee how it’s been handled, stored and transported.

For non-wine items like glassware and books, we only accept exchanges (but not refunds) if the product is in a good saleable condition with its original packaging, accompanied by the official receipt, within 14 days of purchase.

Any wines from Wine Story that were received as gifts would be subject to the same above clauses.

Eligibility | Customers at least 18 years of age may join the My Wine Story Rewards program by attaining the minimum spend required and enrolling at any Wine Story store. Personal information will be required upon enrollment. This information will be kept confidential at all times. Corporations, associations, or other entities are not eligible for membership in My Wine Story Rewards.

Membership Program | Membership in My Wine Story Rewards is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Upgrades may be granted as soon as the qualifying points have been met within a period of 12 months. Qualifying points must be maintained each year in order to maintain the membership level. Points are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

Membership Card | A membership card will be issued upon commencement of membership and shall be replaced in case of a change in membership status. Membership is non-transferable, may not be used by any other person or entity, and may not be used past the expiration date indicated. No supplementary cards will be issued. Wine Story reserves the right to request Proof of Identification upon use. The membership card is property of Wine Story and must be returned upon request. Lost or damaged membership cards may be replaced upon submission of an affidavit of loss and payment of a P250 card replacement fee. Membership may be cancelled at any time by notifying Wine Story through e-mail or written notice.

Limitations | Wine Story will not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons. Membership rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.

On Use of Private Rooms | No minimum charge for the use of private rooms for Royal and Imperial members. Rooms are subject to availability and are reserved by a first come, first served basis. Magnum and Privilege Members are subject to the minimum consumable charge implemented by the store.

On Use of Private Cellar | Use of Private Wine Cellar is subject to availability. Priority is given to Royal Members. For additional storage space in the Central Cellar, an additional fee of P150 per case per month will be applied to each case exceeding the free allocation specified in the benefits table.

Communication | Members shall be required to provide relevant and accurate personal information upon enrollment. In order to inform members of their status and benefits, Wine Story shall regularly send information in the form of print, e-mail, or mobile marketing communication materials. By participating in My Wine Story Rewards, members consent to receive the information described above.

Member Consent to Terms & Conditions | By enrolling in My Wine Story Rewards, the member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the program as enforced. Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the terms and conditions. Wine Story reserves the right to terminate or suspend benefits of any member at its sole discretion. Wine Story reserves the right to disqualify members who have violated any of the terms and conditions of this program. Wine Story further reserves the right to change or terminate this program, its terms and conditions, or any portion of the program at any time at its sole discretion without prior written notice.
