Smoked Salmon Gougeres
Dainty and fluffy cheese pastries filled with delectable salmon cream and dill. 


Crème de Foie Gras on Toasts
Rich and savory, with a delicate, silky mouthfeel.  A French delicacy and a must-have on your holiday spread.


Angus Beef Bordelaise with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Imported Ribeye Angus steak cooked to juicy perfection and drizzled with the rich and flavorful wine sauce named after the Bordeaux region.


Coq au Vin Blanc & Dauphinois Gratin
A creative twist on the classic French chicken dish usually cooked in red wine. Coq au Vin Blanc is braised in a silky white wine sauce, accompanied by thinly sliced potato in cream.


Cheese & Walnut Bread
The quintessential finish to a French meal: Beloved cheeses Comte and Camembert with quince jelly on crisp sourdough and walnut toasts.


Hazelnut-Chocolate Choux à la Crème
